What to expect during Nutrition Counseling
Our sessions offer a safe and private space to discuss your concerns, whether it be digestive symptoms or developing a healthier relationship with food.
Here's what you can expect:
A personalized, evidence-based approach tailored to your needs
An initial session lasting 60-75 minutes. During this time, a dietitian from our team will guide you through a review of your health history and nutritional goals. They will then work with you to develop a sustainable plan tailored to fit your personal objectives.
50 minute follow up appointments. You and your dietitian will review progress and collaborate on next steps.
Accepted Insurance
Most Massachusetts plans include nutrition counseling for just a copay. We provide guidance on calling your insurance provider to determine nutrition benefits.
